Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our early-stage team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building our sales pipeline from the ground up. You'll be targeting businesses that can benefit from our platform, generating new opportunities through strategic outreach, and laying the foundation for our long-term sales success. A background in B2B SaaS is highly preferred--you already understand the pace, the product mindset, and the process needed to win.

What You'll Do:



Generate & Qualify Leads:

Identify, research, and proactively reach out to potential business clients through various channels (email, social, phone).

Build the Pipeline:

Own the top of the sales funnel--conduct high-quality discovery calls to understand client needs, articulate our value proposition, and qualify opportunities for the next stage.

Nurture Relationships:

Build and maintain a strong network of prospects, effectively managing and growing your sales pipeline.

Collaborate for Growth:

Work closely with the founding team to provide market feedback, refine our sales playbook, and shape our go-to-market strategy.

Crush Targets:

Be driven by metrics and consistently meet or exceed quarterly qualified opportunity and pipeline generation targets.

What We're Looking For:



Proven Hustle:

1-2+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably in a SaaS or tech startup environment.

A Quick Learner:

You can rapidly develop a deep understanding of a technical product and translate its features into compelling business value.

Exceptional Communicator:

You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade business leaders.

Resilient & Autonomous:

You thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. You are self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing your own workload with a sense of urgency.
