About the Position\xef\xbb\xbf goFLUENT is looking for an experienced B2B Sales Executive (New business) who will play a key role in the development of our business activities within the Delhi region. At goFLUENT, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to a dynamic and international environment by acquiring new key accounts, while also working with high profile corporate clients and building lasting relationships with stakeholders and decision makers throughout the region..\xef\xbb\xbf This position will be home-based initially, and eventually, office-based at the Delhi office.   • \xef\xbb\xbfIdentify the decision makers within our potential clients.
  • \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfReach out our potential clients by phone, email or other networks.
  • Built up our first relationship with these companies.
  • \xef\xbb\xbfIdentify, prospect, manage, and close opportunities in the Delhi market.
  • \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfQualify and understand your prospects\xe2\x80\x99 business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organisation.
  • \xef\xbb\xbfDevelop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
  • \xef\xbb\xbfBuild consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.
  • \xef\xbb\xbfWork and collaborate with the internal teams to help close sales opportunities.
  • \xef\xbb\xbfTravel to customer sites across your territory to support your sales efforts.
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need
  • \xef\xbb\xbfAble to multitask, hunt for new opportunities and take on new challenges.
  • Have a good command of MS Office and Google tools.
  • Be active on social media in a business context.
  • 3+ years of solid B2B New Business Development and Account Executive experience (solution selling/Challenger selling) in Delhi region.
  • Proven track record of closing large contracts while managing a pipeline of complex, key accounts.
  • Ability to call high and build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organisations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
  • Ability to quickly see the \xe2\x80\x9cbig picture\xe2\x80\x9d and identify the business drivers.
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills with a top-notch customer service approach.
  • Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR solutions (SaaS) industry is definitely a plus.
  • Full professional proficiency of English
