Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive / Manager to drive our B2B sales. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and close sales deals to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue latest sales opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
Understand and effectively communicate the value of our software solutions to potential clients.
Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to address client needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
Set up meetings and deliver compelling presentations and product demos.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences on behalf of the company.
Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Ensure smooth client onboarding and product implementation post-sale.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. 2-5 years of experience in B2B software sales.
3. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve sales targets.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Fluent in English and Hindi & Gujarati (Preferably)
6. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Tech-savvy with social media, email, and internet proficiency.
8. Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demonstrations.
9. Fast learner with a passion for sales.
10. Self-driven and customer focused.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
