Role Purpose:
Execute day-to-day sales tasks, prospecting, qualification, follow-ups, and pipeline management for OEM business.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily prospecting: LinkedIn, trade portals, outbound calling & email.
Build and update CRM pipeline.
Coordinate for sampling, document preparation, quotations.
Schedule meetings for OEM Sales Manager.
Follow up with clients until deal closure.
Research new opportunities in detergents/homecare category.
Roles require:
FMCG experience mandatory
Advantage for detergent manufacturers, homecare, fabric care, or chemistry-led FMCG brands
Startup mindset, multi-role capability, ownership-driven working style
Experience: 2-5 years in FMCG B2B or OEM sales
Salary: As per market standard (Depends on interview)
