Job Overview*
The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of IT products and services, identifying potential clients, building strong business relationships, and achieving defined sales targets. This role acts as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of company IT products and services.
Clearly communicate value propositions to B2B clients.
Research and identify potential clients within target markets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Generate new leads through calls, emails, and networking activities.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.
Maintain accurate client and sales records using CRM systems.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on lead generation campaigns.
Provide insights and feedback to internal teams regarding client needs and market trends.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Follow up on leads, proposals, and ongoing opportunities.
Ensure high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, or trade shows as needed.
Candidate Profile
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or arelated field (preferred).
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or IT/B2B sales (preferred).
