About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and target-driven

Business Development professional

to promote our

Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) curriculum and lab solutions

to K-12 schools across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in

EdTech or institutional sales

, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to close high-value deals with school management and trustees.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of Robotics & AI programs, lab setups, and teacher training solutions to schools. Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure. Build strong relationships with School Principals, Owners, and Academic Heads. Conduct presentations and product demos explaining how our program supports

Gujarat's AI Mission

. Create and execute a territory sales plan covering key Maharashtra cities. Track and report progress using CRM tools; share insights on market trends and competitor activity. Represent the company in education events, exhibitions, and GUJCOST initiatives like

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

B.E./B.Tech or MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in B2B / institutional sales (EdTech/STEM preferred).

Domain Knowledge:

Basic understanding of

Robotics, AI, and Coding

concepts.

Languages:

Fluent in

Marathi, Hindi, and English

(spoken & written).

Skills:

Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Travel:

Willing to travel up to 50% across Gujarat.
