Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads through research, calls, and networking.
Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
Present and promote company products and services to decision-makers.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, including large-volume deals.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
Maintain records of sales activities in CRM and report regularly.
Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate.
Keep updated with industry trends and company offerings.
Requirements & Qualifications
1-3 years of proven experience in outbound B2B sales (EdTech, ERP, or Education sector preferred).
Any Associate Degree (BA/MBA in Marketing/Finance is an added advantage).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking skills and a hunter sales mindset.
Highly motivated, result-oriented, and adaptable.
