We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented B2B Sales Executive to support our sales operations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth Acquisition, starting from calling, prospecting, understanding client needs, preparing need-based proposals, onboarding clients & coordinating client and operation team.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Sourcing & Management
Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linkedin, Fundoodata, Google search and from offline networks/events of the decision maker of marketing from the HR/Admin, Marketing & Sales departments of companies in the business of Dermats, SMEs (industrial equipment manufacturer), Real Estate Developer, E-commerce, Automobile, FMCG, Pharma, Banks, NBFCs, Apparel brands, Education Institutions, Telecom and Jewelers.
Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization
Sales Meetings
Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client
Having effective sales meetings in order to:
Understand the marketing ecosystem of the client
Position HM Ad-World as the best choice for the client
Generate requirements for marketing from the client
Sales Proposals
Create presentations based on the client's requirements.
Co-ordinate with the operations team to generate proposals and project P&L
Sales Conversion
Negotiate win-win deals
Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
Client Co-ordination
Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
Be the interface between the client and the operations team, contract facilitation to handing over project to account manager.
Required Skills -
0-1 yr experience in HR & Admin role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client projects simultaneously
Ability to confidently pitch ideas and persuade clients.
Strong ability to close deals and create win-win situations.
Proactively identify and approach potential clients.
Familiarity with sales tracking software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Ability to handle rejection and continuously improve sales techniques.
Knowledge of the Digital Marketing industry is a plus.
