Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B market.
Reach out to potential clients through calls, meetings, and professional networking.
Present and pitch products/services effectively to decision-makers.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs.
What We're Looking For
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (
MBA preferred
but not mandatory).
2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
Ability to build rapport and manage long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM tools, and online research
