Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated
Sales Executives
to join our team. This is a
telecalling-based sales role
focused on
lead generation, client follow-ups
, and
promoting our ERP products and services
. You will be calling both existing and new clients. Your specific focus area (ERP add-ons, mobile app, or new client demos) will be assigned after joining.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to generate interest and leads
Call existing clients to promote ERP add-ons or mobile application
Call new leads to pitch ERP software and schedule product demos
Follow up regularly with prospects to convert leads into sales
Maintain lead and activity records using CRM tools
Collect feedback and share insights with the sales team
Skills Required:
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
Experience in telecalling or phone-based sales (minimum 1 year)
Basic computer skills and familiarity with using CRM or Excel
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections
Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in Commerce, Sales, or Marketing
Experience in software or ERP sales is a plus
Experience with MSME clients and tools like AnyDesk/TeamViewer is a bonus
