Role Overview
We're looking for enthusiastic
MBA freshers
who are eager to start their careers in sales and client engagement. As a Sales Executive, you'll be the face of OneStack in your region--learning the ropes of fintech sales, building relationships, and helping cooperative institutions embrace digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect
with cooperative banks and credit societies in your territory
Learn and present
OneStack's product offerings to prospective clients
Support client onboarding
and ensure smooth adoption of solutions
Assist in achieving sales targets
through outreach and relationship building
Conduct basic market research
to understand client needs and competitor activity
Collaborate with senior team members
to refine strategies and gain hands-on experience
Travel within region
(7-10 days/month) to meet clients and participate in demos
Requirements
MBA fresher
with interest in sales, banking, or fintech
Strong communication skills
and confidence in client interactions
Fluency in local language
of your region is mandatory
Willingness to travel
across assigned territory
Tech-friendly mindset
