Our distribution company's leadership team needs a motivated, results-driven

Sales Executive to lead our domestic sales department. The successful

candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to

tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. If you are competitive,

financially motivated and capable of implementing your strategies we're

Sales Executive responsibilities and duties



? Provide on-the-ground support to customers and understand the

requirement so that the suitable solution can be provided.

? Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs.

? Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies.

? Get the products specified at various government organisations of our

segment.

? Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate data to

superiors.

Sales Executive qualifications and skills



? Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

? 3-4 years' B2B sales experience

? Track record of superior performance metrics

? Negotiation skills

? Strong decision-making abilities

? Able to travel up to 3-4 days a month.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
