Job Description

We are seeking a motivated

B2B Sales Executive

to join our growing waste management company in Kochi. This field-based role focuses on engaging offices, commercial establishments, and institutions to onboard them for scheduled waste collection, disposal, and recycling services.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and visit potential B2B clients, including offices, IT parks, clinics, restaurants, and institutions Present waste collection, disposal, and recycling solutions to key decision-makers Convert leads into active clients and onboard them for regular waste pickup services Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure renewals and retention Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular updates on field activities

Requirements



Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (B2B, industrial, or facility services preferred) Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus Willingness to travel extensively within Kochi Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
