Key Responsibilities
Identify and visit potential B2B clients such as offices, IT parks, clinics, restaurants, and institutions.
Present waste collection, disposal, and recycling solutions to key decision-makers.
Convert prospective leads into active clients and onboard them for routine waste pickup services.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure renewals and retention.
Achieve monthly sales acquisition targets and provide regular updates on field activities.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (B2B, industrial, or facility services preferred).
Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively within Kochi.
Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated personality.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
