Job Overview



We are hiring a motivated

B2B Sales Executive

for a rapidly growing waste management company in Kochi. This field-based role involves meeting offices, commercial establishments, and institutions to onboard them for scheduled waste collection, disposal, and recycling services.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and visit potential B2B clients such as offices, IT parks, clinics, restaurants, and institutions. Present waste collection, disposal, and recycling solutions to key decision-makers. Convert prospective leads into active clients and onboard them for routine waste pickup services. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure renewals and retention. Achieve monthly sales acquisition targets and provide regular updates on field activities.

Requirements



Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (B2B, industrial, or facility services preferred). Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English; Hindi is an added advantage. Willingness to travel extensively within Kochi. Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated personality. Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
