We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven
B2B Sales Executive
to join our team at
LRL Motors Pvt. Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and proven experience in B2B sales. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding long-term business relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retailers & distributors
Build strong relationships with existing business clients
Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure smooth order flow
Present product offerings, features, and benefits to partners
Coordinate with internal teams for timely billing, order processing, and delivery
Maintain sales reports and track performance as per company guidelines
Manage time effectively and maintain structured daily planning
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
B2B sales
(automotive industry preferred)
Strong proficiency in
English and Hindi
Ability to work under target-based environment
Good negotiation skills and client-handling abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work systematically and independently
Should be result-oriented, disciplined, and committed to performance
