About the Role


We are hiring a

B2B Sales Executive

for a rapidly growing waste management company in Kochi. This is a

field-based role

where you will visit offices, commercial establishments, institutions, and corporate parks to onboard them for scheduled waste collection and recycling services.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and visit potential clients such as offices, IT parks, clinics, restaurants, and commercial buildings. Present waste collection and recycling solutions to facility managers and key decision-makers. Close contracts for periodic waste pickup and onboard new clients. Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely renewals. Meet monthly acquisition targets and submit regular field activity reports.

Requirements



Minimum

2 years of field sales experience

(B2B, Industrial, or Facility Services preferred). Strong communication skills in

Malayalam & English

(Hindi is a plus). Willingness to travel across Kochi for client visits. Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
