About the Role



We are hiring an B2B Sales Executive or a rapidly growing waste management company in Kochi. In this field-based role, you will meet offices, commercial establishments, institutions, and corporate parks to onboard them for scheduled waste collection and recycling services.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and visit potential clients such as offices, IT parks, clinics, restaurants, and commercial buildings. Present waste collection and recycling solutions to facility managers and decision-makers. Close contracts for periodic waste pickup and onboard new clients. Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely renewals. Meet monthly acquisition targets and provide regular field activity reports.

Requirements



Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (B2B / Industrial / Facility Services preferred). Good communication skills in Malayalam & English (Hindi is an added advantage). Ability to travel across Kochi city for client visits. Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive. Two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
