Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers in assigned territories/segments.
2. Client Engagement: Understand client IT needs, position relevant solutions.
3. Product Pitch & Demo: Conduct product demos, highlight benefits, address objections.
4. Sales Quoting & Proposal: Prepare quotes, proposals tailored to client needs.
5. Deal Closure & Negotiation: Work to close deals, negotiate terms as needed.
6. Relationship Management: Foster relationships for repeat business, upsell/cross-sell.
7. Sales Reporting: Track activities, report on pipeline, forecast sales.
8. Collaboration: Work with marketing, presales for lead conversion.
Skills & Qualifications1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication in English (Arabic proficiency a plus if targeting specific regions).
2. Sales Skills: Proactive, target-oriented sales approach.
3. IT Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT products/services (cloud, cybersecurity, hardware/software).
4. CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho.
5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, track metrics.
Experience & Education- Experience: 2-8 years inside sales (IT/tech sales experience advantageous).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business, IT, Sales).
