We are seeking a proactive and results-driven B2B Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead our business development initiatives. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence by establishing and nurturing relationships with institutional clients such as retailers, distributors, HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) partners, and corporate buyers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the FMCG food sector and demonstrate a proven track record in B2B sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and onboard new B2B clients, including wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers, to drive revenue growth.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote products and enhance brand visibility among B2B clients.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities, informing strategic decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service.
Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline .
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing within the FMCG food industry.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategies.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Malayalam; knowledge of hindi is a plus.
