We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our business by identifying and securing new partnerships with businesses within the agriculture industry Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify leads, identifying decision-makers within potential client companies.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, tailoring your approach to each client\'s unique needs and challenges.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Manage your sales pipeline effectively, accurately forecasting sales revenue.
  • Generate and analyze sales data, using insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the agriculture industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex solutions clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
  • A degree in Agriculture or Sales is highly preferred.
  • Passion for the agriculture industry and a genuine desire to contribute to its success.
