We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our business by identifying and securing new partnerships with businesses within the agriculture industry Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify leads, identifying decision-makers within potential client companies.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, tailoring your approach to each client\'s unique needs and challenges.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Manage your sales pipeline effectively, accurately forecasting sales revenue.
Generate and analyze sales data, using insights to refine sales strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the agriculture industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex solutions clearly and concisely.
Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
A degree in Agriculture or Sales is highly preferred.
Passion for the agriculture industry and a genuine desire to contribute to its success.
