Karapuzha Adventure Zone is looking for an experienced B2B Manager to develop and manage partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate, and institutions. The role focuses on driving group bookings, package sales, and long-term business collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage B2B partnerships
Build strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients
Drive group bookings, package sales, and bulk deals
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership terms
Act as the main point of contact for all B2B clients
Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, hospitality, tourism, or business development
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Target-driven and result-oriented approach
