Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B EdTech Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth in the rapidly evolving EdTech sector. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential B2B clients within the education sector. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events to generate leads. Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation. Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the unique challenges and requirements of each client. Present our EdTech solutions in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting the value proposition and ROI for the client. Customize sales pitches and proposals to address specific client needs and pain points. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure satisfaction and retention. Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from prospecting to closure, using CRM tools to track progress and forecast revenue. Prioritize leads and opportunities based on potential value, likelihood of conversion, and timeline. Work closely with sales leadership to develop and execute strategies for achieving sales targets and KPIs.
