Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our team as Regional Sales Executives. Based out of Bangalore, the candidates will act as the company's Sales Executive in the region. They will be responsible for expanding the Rynox dealer network, driving product sales, and gathering vital market intelligence from the field.

Key Responsibilities



Dealer Engagement & Onboarding



Visit dealers in the assigned city and neighboring states.

Identify and evaluate dealers' existing stock and brand preferences.

Pitch Rynox products to dealers, explain product USP, and convert them into active sellers.

Sales & Order Management



Generate orders from new and existing dealers.

Maximize Rynox sales by highlighting product differentiation and value.

Track dealer performance and ensure regular order flow.

Market Intelligence



Collect detailed data on dealer stock, competitor presence, and market trends.

Share insights on challenges, opportunities, and competitor strategies.

Product Training & Awareness



Educate dealers and their staff about Rynox products, features, and advantages over competitors.

Support dealers in improving sell-through and visibility of Rynox products.

Requirements



Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.

1-3 years of experience in channel sales / field sales (Automobile accessories, apparel preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Self-motivated with a result-driven attitude.
