Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
B2B Sales Executive
to drive business growth through client acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with extensive travel and fluent in Kannada and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across assigned regions.
Conduct client visits and product presentations to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs as assigned by the management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Collect market intelligence and feedback to support strategy development.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and client feedback.
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills in Kannada and English (both spoken and written).
Willingness to travel 15-20 days per month across regions.
Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented approach.
Good presentation skills and a professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or CRM tools is a plus.
