Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

•1. Sales and Business Development: •


Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing campaigns.


Present and demonstrate Tally ERP features to prospective clients.


Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.


Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

•2. Client Relationship Management: •


Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.


Understand client needs and provide tailored Tally solutions to address their pain points.


Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.

•3. Reporting and Documentation: •


Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.


Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.


Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

•Qualifications and Skills: •


Educational Background:•


MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.


B.Tech / B.E.


Experience:•


1-2 years of experience in software sales or ERP solutions is an advantage.


Excellent communication and presentation skills.


Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
