Identify, develop, and close B2B opportunities for IT projects, networking hardware, IFPs, and projectors.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, demo coordination, proposal submission & final negotiation.
Build strong relationships with corporates, schools, colleges, system integrators, distributors, and government institutions.
Conduct on-site product demos for interactive panels, projectors, and network solutions.
Work with technical/pre-sales team to design customized solutions for customer requirements.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic inputs to management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through field visits and pipeline management.
Maintain CRM data, follow up on quotations, and ensure timely order closures.
Required Skills & Experience
1 - 7 years of B2B field sales experience in
IT, networking, AV, or EdTech solutions
.
Strong understanding of products like
Switches, Access Points, Servers, Interactive Panels, Projectors & IT Infrastructure
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to conduct on-field demos and technical discussions with clients.
Proven track record of target achievement.
Qualifications
Any Graduation (Technical background preferred - B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc CS / BCA).
MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
