Main Objective:



To drive institutional growth by focusing exclusively on the B2B segment, targeting admission consultants, franchisees, and educational institutions. This role involves building a large, engaged partner network to support the company's expansion strategy through strategic alliances and business development.

Key Responsibilities:



Design and implement effective sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly B2B sales targets. Identify, approach, and onboard potential B2B clients, including admission consultants, franchise partners, and educational service providers. Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals. Understand partner requirements and offer tailored solutions aligned with business needs and goals. Conduct compelling sales presentations, demos, and meetings to pitch value propositions to potential partners. Lead contract negotiations and close deals efficiently. Provide post-sale account support to ensure satisfaction and encourage upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and partner feedback to refine strategy and identify new opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related discipline. 2+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the education or EdTech sector. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for persuasive storytelling and public speaking. Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a strong sense of ownership and goal orientation. Familiarity with CRM systems and tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM. Experience using lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.io. Certification in sales programs such as

CISP

(Certified Inside Sales Professional) or

CSLP

(Certified Sales Leadership Professional) is a plus.
