Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business to Business (B2B) Sales Representative to join our architecture company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our architectural services to business clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: --Identify and target potential B2B clients in need of architectural services. Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
--Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service. Conduct presentations, pitches, and demonstrations to showcase the company\'s architectural capabilities and services.
-- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
--Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns that align with the company\'s brand and mission. Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments to offer innovative and competitive services.
--Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management. Requirements: --Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the architecture or construction industry.
--Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
--Strong understanding of architectural services and the ability to articulate the value proposition to potential clients.
--Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales initiatives.
--Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools. A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
--Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
