Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, project consultants, builders, and commercial developers. Pitch Magneto's air purification and HVAC systems for inclusion in project specifications. Target offices, commercial spaces, hospitality, retail, and institutional projects. Generate high-quality B2B leads through networks, references, and market mapping. Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos with decision-makers. Provide timely follow-ups and convert leads into projects. Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for proposals and support. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closures in CRM.

Required Skills:



Proven experience in B2B sales, especially in building solutions or technical products. Prior exposure to HVAC, building automation, air purification, or similar industries is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, travel locally, and manage multiple projects.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
