Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to client interaction and task management.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Make 50-80 outbound calls daily to clients for business engagement and follow-ups.

2. Prepare and maintain daily reports detailing the tasks completed and progress made.

3. Regularly update details in the FMS (Flow Management System) as per instructions from seniors.

4. Connect clients for virtual meetings and ensure smooth coordination.

5. Build strong working relationships with the Operations team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

6. Provide daily updates on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

Requirements:



1. Strong verbal and written communication skills

2. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively

3. Basic knowledge of reporting in Excel is preferred

4. Team player with a collaborative attitude

5. Prior experience in client interaction or telecalling will be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
