The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales through direct customer interaction, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. This role involves visiting clients in the field, identifying new business opportunities, and representing the company and its products professionally to ensure growth in market share.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
Visit existing and prospective clients to promote and sell company products or services.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features, benefits, and pricing.
Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, trends, and customer needs.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and updates to management.
Coordinate with the logistics and accounts teams for order processing and payment follow-ups.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development (freshers may also apply for junior roles).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
