Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new
B2B clients
, including corporate buyers, distributors, and bulk resellers.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Promote and sell
refurbished products
(e.g., smartphones, laptops, IT equipment) to B2B clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Participate in trade shows, business expos, and networking events to promote company offerings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of B2B sales experience
, preferably in refurbished electronics, IT hardware, or related industries.
Strong understanding of the
refurbished / recommerce market
and buyer segments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong local market knowledge (Delhi NCR / Gurgaon region preferred).
