Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and proactive

B2B Sales Executive

to join our team. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential corporate clients to expand business partnerships. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research. Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers to pitch products/services. Develop customized proposals and deliver sales presentations. Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep accurate records of client interactions in CRM tools. Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) for seamless service delivery. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and consultative selling techniques. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated and result-oriented.
