Make outbound calls per day to B2B prospects, including C-level and executive decision-makers
Pitch company products/services clearly and confidently to achieve and exceed targets
Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, authority, and timeline
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM tools
Follow structured calling scripts while adapting communication for executive audience
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls, conversations, conversions)
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to improve outreach strategy
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal communication with the ability to engage in executive-level conversations using professional business language
Strong experience in B2B outbound calling, including persuasion, objection handling, and negotiation with C-level stakeholders
Proven ability to quickly understand business models, client pain points, and decision-making structures
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar), auto-dialer/calling tools, email platforms (Outlook/Gmail), MS Excel or Google Sheets for tracking, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B prospecting and outreach
Strong listening, probing, and consultative selling skills to build long-term senior-level relationships
High level of professional confidence, maturity, adaptability, and time management across diverse industries and client profiles
