Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

Identify, develop, and close

B2B sales opportunities

in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Promote and sell

HVLS fans, tent coolers, cooling towers, duct coolers, and exhaust fans

to factories, warehouses, logistics hubs, commercial buildings, events, and large open spaces. Generate leads through

cold calling, site visits, networking, channel partners, and referrals

. Prepare and present

product proposals, technical-commercial offers, and quotations

. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to close deals profitably.
2. Market & Customer Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with

industrial clients, architects, consultants, MEP contractors, EPC companies, facility managers, and distributors

. Understand customer requirements, site conditions, and application needs to recommend suitable cooling solutions. Conduct

site surveys

to assess airflow, heat load, and installation feasibility. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track opportunities using CRM tools.
3. Project & Channel Coordination

Coordinate with

engineering, design, production, and installation teams

to ensure accurate solution design and timely execution. Work with

dealers, distributors, and channel partners

to expand market reach. Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, installations, and post-sales support.
4. Technical & Product Knowledge

Develop in-depth knowledge of

HVLS fans, evaporative cooling systems, cooling towers, ducting systems, and exhaust ventilation

. Explain technical features, energy efficiency benefits, ROI, and compliance standards to customers. Conduct

product demonstrations and technical presentations

for clients and consultants.
5. Sales Targets & Reporting

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual

sales and revenue targets

. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies. Prepare

sales forecasts, reports, and MIS

for management review. Provide feedback on market requirements and product improvement opportunities.

Strong

B2B selling and negotiation skills

Ability to handle long sales cycles and project-based sales Excellent communication and presentation abilities Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Technical Skills

Understanding of

HVAC, ventilation, airflow, evaporative cooling, and industrial cooling systems

(preferred) Ability to read basic layouts, drawings, and technical specifications
Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent

MBA or Diploma in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
Experience

2-6 years

of B2B sales experience in

HVAC, industrial equipment, ventilation, cooling solutions, or capital goods

Experience selling to

industries, consultants, or EPC contractors

preferred
Other Requirements

Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and client meetings Valid driving license Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Revenue and order booking targets New customer acquisition Conversion ratio from leads to orders Customer satisfaction and repeat business

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
