Job Description

Role Summary:


Responsible for sourcing and managing prospect data, making outbound calls to decision-makers, generating meetings for the sales team, and collecting electricity bills and basic project details to support solar sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Source and maintain accurate client data using CRM, LinkedIn, Lusha, and online tools Make outbound calls (5+ hours/day) to pitch and fix meetings Follow up and revive cold leads Coordinate meetings and client communication via email Collect electricity bills, factory locations, and basic requirements

Skills Required:



Fluent English communication Persuasion and rapport-building skills Professional telephone etiquette

Knowledge:



MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Internet research and data sourcing

Qualifications:



Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business/Marketing/Engineering)

Experience:



0-3 years in telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation. Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

Key Metrics:



Number of quality contacts sourced Electricity bills and locations collected Meetings scheduled weekly/monthly
