Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard B2B clients such as dermatologists, skin clinics, pharmacies, salons, and distributors.
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships to ensure repeat sales and upselling opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B revenue targets.
Conduct product presentations, share samples, and explain product benefits and formulations confidently.
Visit market regularly to gather insights on demand, competition, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and client support.
Maintain updated sales reports, pipeline details, and client interaction logs.
Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in B2B or field sales; experience in skincare, pharma, cosmetics, or FMCG is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical product details.
Target-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
