We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
B2B Sales Executive
to drive sales growth, identify new opportunities, and close deals to achieve company revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect for new business across assigned territories
Cold calling to generate qualified leads
Understand client needs and present suitable products/services
Build & maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
Prepare presentations, proposals & contracts
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Attend exhibitions, conferences & networking events
Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities
Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
Demonstrate strong leadership skills
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of sales experience
(lead generation, prospecting, client management)
Strong problem-solving & objection-handling skills
Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and target-driven
Ability to work independently & in a team
Willingness to travel for client meetings/events if required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
