The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, pitching Ready Leads' services, and building long-term relationships across the Saurashtra region. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, local market understanding, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities within the assigned region.
Conduct market research to understand business needs and industry trends.
Visit potential clients and present Ready Leads' solutions effectively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation, client servicing, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Field Sales / Lead Generation / Digital Marketing Services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English preferred.
Willingness to travel across Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Gondal, and other parts of Saurashtra.
