About the Product - PayrollOnAir

PayrollOnAir

is a cloud-based

HRMS and Payroll software

that helps businesses manage

employee salaries, attendance, leaves, work hours, and other HR tasks

all in one place. It makes payroll processing and HR management easier and more organized while keeping everything compliant with regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify

and

reach out

to potential

B2B clients

through calls, emails, and networking.

Schedule

and

conduct product demos

to explain features and benefits clearly. Maintain

regular follow-ups

with prospects to nurture interest and build trust. Collect

client feedback

and share with the product/management team for improvements.

Provide support

to

users

by

resolving queries

and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Assist

in preparing

proposals

,

quotations

, and presentations for clients. Maintain records of sales activities and leads in CRM/spreadsheets. Learn and adapt quickly to product updates and market changes. Work closely with management to shape sales processes and strategies in the early stage.

Required Skills

Fluency in

Hindi, Gujarati, and English

(must). Minimum

1 year of proven experience in B2B SaaS Sales

.

Strong communication

and presentation skills with ability to interact with management-level clients. Ability to understand client pain points and translate them into product value propositions. Strong

relationship

-

building

and

negotiation skills

. Good understanding of SaaS business models, subscription pricing, and sales funnels. Familiarity with lead generation strategies, email campaigns, and pipeline management. Basic knowledge of

MS Office / Google Workspace

for reports, presentations, and proposals.
