B2B Sales Executive / Manager - Electrical Industry

Location:

Surat, Gujarat

Industry Focus:

Home automation, industrial automation and lighting

Target Clients:

Architects | Builders | Contractors | Interior Designers | OEMs

Key Responsibilities:



Business Development:

Identify and target potential B2B customers in industries like home automation, industrial automation and lighting etc. Actively reach out to architects, builders, interior designers, and contractors to generate business leads. Conduct site visits, product demos, and client meetings to understand project needs and offer tailored electrical solutions.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the construction and interior design sectors. Collaborate with channel partners and consultants for long-term business engagement.

Sales & Marketing Activities:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and local industry events to network and promote the brand. Prepare proposals, quotations, and handle negotiation and closure of deals.

Market Intelligence:

Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer preferences. Provide insights to the management team for strategic decisions and product development.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain regular MIS reports and CRM entries. Ensure timely follow-ups, order processing, and after-sales coordination.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
