The Industrial Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated region by building and nurturing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies. This role requires frequent client visits, collaboration with the sales team, and market research to achieve business goals. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular visits to clients to establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships.
Understand client requirements, address concerns, and provide customized solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Assist in the development and execution of effective sales and marketing strategies.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of initiatives.
Research market trends, competitor activities, and regional opportunities to support business growth.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
Deliver sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to clients on a regular basis.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market insights.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Diploma (Engineering/Business preferred)
Experience:
1-3 years in B2B field sales (industrial sales preferred)
Willingness to Travel:
Frequent travel to client locations as required
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
