B2b Sales Executive For Digital Marketing Agency

Job Description

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and target potential B2B clients (Startups, MSMEs, Enterprises) Generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and referrals Research prospects and understand their business & marketing needs
2. Client Interaction & Pitching

Conduct discovery calls and meetings (online/offline) Present agency services and customized marketing solutions Explain ROI, KPIs, timelines, and pricing clearly to clients
3. Sales Closure & Revenue

Negotiate commercials and close deals Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Maintain healthy sales pipeline and forecast revenue
4. Proposal & Coordination

Coordinate with internal marketing, creative, and tech teams Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts Ensure smooth handover to the account management team
5. Relationship Management

Build long-term client relationships Upsell and cross-sell digital services Collect feedback and support client retention
6. CRM & Reporting

Update leads and opportunities in CRM Track follow-ups, conversions, and deal status Share weekly sales performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of B2B sales experience (Digital Marketing preferred) Strong communication & presentation skills Understanding of digital marketing services & metrics Negotiation and closing skills Familiarity with CRM tools, email tools & LinkedIn Sales Navigator Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
