Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
B2B Sales Executive to lead ERP software
sales across diverse industries. This role demands a strong understanding of ERP platforms, consultative selling skills, and the ability to drive the full sales cycle--from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate is energetic, confident, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue
new B2B sales opportunities for ERP solutions
Conduct market research and build a qualified sales pipeline
Engage with decision-makers to understand operational challenges and propose tailored ERP solutions
Deliver product presentations and live demonstrations
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution mapping
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Maintain
strong client relationships
for upselling and cross-selling
Monitor competitor offerings and market trends
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM systems
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
2-4 years of experience in B2B ERP/software/product sales
Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as
Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho
Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Target-driven with a consistent track record of achieving sales goals
Willingness to travel as needed
