We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Relations & Acquisition Executive to expand our partner network and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with Sub-Brokers, Franchisees, and Corporate Clients while contributing to sales and revenue targets through effective partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage long-term B2B relationships with partners and corporate clients
Identify, onboard, and grow Sub-Brokers and Franchise partners
Achieve sales and revenue targets through structured business development activities
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client servicing
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor trends
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field activities
Maintain partner database and sales pipeline
Represent the organization at financial events and networking meetings
Required Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, partner acquisition, or stock broking
Good understanding of financial markets and trading operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
