We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and closing sales with corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling IT services, software solutions, or digital products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Research industry trends and target companies to generate qualified leads.
2. Client Engagement
Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos to explain company services/solutions.
Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions.
Maintain relationships with existing and new clients for repeat business.
3. Sales & Conversion
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Coordination
Work closely with the marketing and technical team to deliver client requirements.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain client communication.
5. Reporting
Maintain records in CRM and provide weekly sales reports.
Track market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
2-3 years of B2B sales experience (IT industry preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to present IT solutions clearly to clients.
Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client handling.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Basic knowledge of IT products/services (web development, software, cloud, digital marketing, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
