you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the technology or IT sector. You will be responsible for
selling digital agency services including Website Development, Mobile Apps, and UI/UX solutions
. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to convert leads into business, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the
digital agency / IT services sector
through research, networking, and
lead generation
.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential
B2B clients
via cold calling,
email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking
.
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose solutions that align with their business objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
Utilize
Apollo.io and CRM tools
to identify, track, and nurture potential leads.
Collaborate with the
digital marketing team
to ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and business development strategies.
Conduct
presentations, demos, and negotiations
to secure new business deals.
Work with internal teams, including product, operations, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
Work on both self-generated leads (LinkedIn, cold outreach, Upwork) and marketing-qualified leads.
Exposure to
white-label/outsourcing
partnerships will be considered an advantage.
Manage the
sales pipeline
, tracking leads through various stages of the sales process, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Prepare and deliver
proposals,
contracts
, and
reports
to clients and internal stakeholders.
Design and implement
sales funnel strategies
to optimize conversion rates.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in
B2B sales for Web/App Development, UI/UX services, or IT/digital agency
offerings.
Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
Ability to craft compelling business proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations.
Proven track record of generating new business and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Proven track record of
achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong understanding of digital agency services like
Website Development, App Development, UI/UX, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Social Media and email marketing.
Strong understanding of technology products and services, and the ability to communicate their value to potential clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
