Job Summary:
The School Tie-up Manager is responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with schools to promote educational products, services, or programs. This role involves building strong relationships with school administrators, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored solutions to enhance student learning and institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Partnerships
Identify and connect with schools, educational institutions, and academies for collaborations.
Develop and execute strategies to onboard new schools.
Maintain strong relationships with existing school partners to ensure long-term engagement.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Promote and sell educational products, services, or programs to schools.
Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
Conduct presentations, meetings, and demos for school decision-makers.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and partnered schools.
Address concerns and queries from school stakeholders effectively.
Organize training sessions or workshops for teachers and administrators when needed.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the education sector.
Identify opportunities for expansion and improvements in offerings
Organize seminars, school events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Participate in educational fairs and conferences to network and generate leads.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of school interactions, agreements, and feedback.
Generate periodic reports on partnership success and growth metrics.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 years in business development, school partnerships, or sales in the education sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
