About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
female sales professional
to drive B2B or institutional sales of our FMCG products (tea and coffee) or software along with promoting software solutions for HoReCa, hospitals, and educational institutes. The role requires
field sales, client visits, lead generation, and relationship management
with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
regular market visits
to hotels, restaurants, cafes (HoReCa), hospitals, and educational institutions, corporates to promote and sell company products.
Generate
new leads
and build a strong
sales pipeline
for FMCG or software products.
Manage
institutional sales accounts
, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct
product demonstrations / tastings
for tea & coffee, and
software demos
for institutional clients.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve assigned
sales targets
.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with procurement heads, purchase managers, and decision-makers.
Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
Submit regular reports on
daily client visits, lead generation, and sales performance
