We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive the adoption of AllesHealth Connect among clinics across the NCR region. You will be responsible for identifying leads, pitching the product, onboarding clinics, and managing post-sale relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify clinics and medical practices across NCR with potential need for AllesHealth Connect.
Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings and product demos at clinics.
Sales Conversion: Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead to onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation.
Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
Market Feedback: Collect market intelligence and provide feedback to the product and marketing teams.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities via CRM or reporting tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
0-3 years of B2B field sales experience (Healthcare sales is a plus).
Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Confidence in cold calling and walking into clinics
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
Basic understanding of the healthcare ecosystem is a plus
Compensation:
Salary Range: ?10,000 - ?40,000 (Performance-based commission, no ceiling on earnings)
Incentives provided based on targets.
